Welcome to our "Magic Mania" and "Movie Mania" charity fundraiser events. Their purpose is twofold:
To provide a unique day for special needs children who, through no fault of their own, have limited opportunities to be involved with and enjoy such outings.
To provide desperately needed funds to support CareFlight's emergency medical retrieval services and specialist doctors.
We are asking for your support of these worthy projects by sponsoring a group of special needs children. The children attending come from a range of organisations, including children who are physically and mentally disabled, those suffering terminal or chronic illnesses, and the socio-economically disadvantaged.
Since 1998 Magic Mania Events have been held at the Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre at the Olympic Site (with the Olympic Year at Hordern Pavilion). In these years, in excess of 50,000 children, mums, dads, carers, family and siblings of these needy youngsters in attendance. Given their popularity, we expect the demand for tickets to forthcoming events to significantly increase.
